Classes are $5 to drop-in, meaning no commitment is needed. If you have any medical conditions, including pregnancy, be sure to talk with your doctor about whether yoga is right for you. Your teacher will encourage you to practice at the pace your body needs that day, with a philosophy of "no harm". Please contact Erin regarding prenatal yoga class if you are pregnant.

Let your instructor know before class starts if you are recovering from any injuries. Yoga is a physical activity that can involve risk. Your instructor will be a guide to promote safety but students attending these classes practice at their own risk.
